Partnering With Legal 4 Landlords Helps Letting Agents Build Great Reputations With Landlords And Their Tenants

As the UK’s leading specialist providers to private rental sector landlords and the lettings industry, we believe we’re pretty good at what we do and so do 98% of our clients.

However, if you’re wondering why you shouldn’t utilise our services then please see the below:

  • We’re very sorry to inform you that not all of your references will be accepted, on some occasions they will be declined and on average over 20% maybe accepted with a guarantor.
  • We apologise for sending reference reports back so quickly, we cannot slow down this process so you can catch-up with your admin.
  • Most of our clients have stopped calling our in house customer service centre because our systems are that interactive and client friendly. Please call us, we miss speaking to you.
  • Sorry, but we don’t charge for our free advice line in relation to any tenant issues, there’s no catch! Maybe we should start charging for this service? Over 60 hours of advice is given weekly by our advisors.
  • You only have to make one phone call for all of your referencing, legals and insurance queries? We’re awfully sorry for that too. I’m sure you’d prefer shopping around browsing the internet instead and calling multiple suppliers?
